Our world-class FlexSim Support Team is ready and willing to help you during your simulation journey. Our support goes beyond “tech support”—FlexSim’s support engineers help with everything from specific model building questions to licensing and installation.
Support for Licensed Users with Active Maintenance or Subscription
If you are a licensed user with an active subscription or maintenance, go to your FlexSim Account for information on how to connect with the support team in your area.
If instead you would like to contact us to request information on Simulation Model Building and Consulting Support services, you can contact us at (801) 224-6914 and select extension number 3. You can see the differences between what’s considered Technical Support and what falls under the Consulting category in the table below:

Tickets will be evaluated on a first come first served basis. We aim to provide first response within 2 working days, but there may be delays during busier periods. | Consulting calls can be scheduled to accommodate customer needs (24h notice required).
