Flexsimposium Information
You are cordially invited to attend Flexsimposium 2011, held Oct 4 at the Zermatt Resort in Midway, Utah! You can make your reservation by mailing or faxing the registration form (.pdf). Registration instructions are included in the form.
This year's event is a "must attend" for all Flexsim users. By attending, all users will stay abreast of the latest developments in Flexsim, rub shoulders with other Flexsim users, and provide input for future product enhancements. There have been significant enhancements to many aspects of Flexsim - come check it out!

Agenda
There will be much to cover during this year's Flexsimposium. Our upcoming release represents a huge step forward in simplicity and usability. Watch here for an agenda as we get closer to the event to make sure you don't miss a thing.
Flexsimposium Presentations
A defined schedule/agenda for the Flexsimposium is not yet set; however, we expect presentations to be 20 and 40 minutes long. Contact Kim Wills if you'd like to sign up to present a model. You still have until Sep 9, 2011 to submit your user presentation for inclusion in the conference.
Training Courses
Don't miss your chance to advance your use of the world's most powerful simulation software. Take advantage of your trip to the Flexsimposium by staying for Flexsim Training. Course sizes are limited, so don't delay in setting up your reservation!

Lodging
Midway was settled by Swiss Immigrants, hence the name Zermatt. We have reserved a limited number of rooms; you may reserve rooms on your own by contacting the Zermatt Resort (855-231-2235) directly or by contacting Kim Wills who will make reservations for you (and will email a confirmation number to you). Zermatt Resort is located about 50 miles from the Salt Lake City Airport.

Meals
Lunch is included Tuesday-Friday as part of the Flexsimposium and for those who will attend training. Also, we will have a dinner hosted by Flexsim on the evening of October 4. The other meals (breakfasts and dinners Wednesday-Friday) are the attendee's responsibility.
Other Activities
During the evenings, we will hold a golf outing (weather permitting) and depending on the interest of the attendees may plan additional activities throughout the week such as hiking, scuba diving, and fly-fishing.
