FlexSim Software Products, Inc. is a software developer based in Orem (Canyon Park Tech Center).  FlexSim has an immediate part-time opening for a customer maintenance manager who will be responsible to work with clients to renew their annual software maintenance/subscription.  The employee will be tasked with monitoring expiration dates, submitting renewal quotes, and generally functioning as a user-success liaison with clients.  Applicants must have exceptional communication and writing skills and be attentive to detail, dependable, comfortable with Microsoft Office products, and have a happy “can do” disposition.  Familiarity with QuickBooks is also a plus.  The hire will be trained at FlexSim for a period of 1-2 months after which they will have the option to work from home approximately 50% of the time.  The position will require 3-5 hours per day M-F (day-to-day work schedule is flexible provided they occur during normal business hours).  Starting rate is $20/hour with an increase after a three-month trial period.  Additional bonuses for performance are also included.
