Announcing the 2015 FlexSimposium, plus special guest speaker
FlexSim will hold its premier user conference, FlexSimposium, from October 5-9, and the keynote address is scheduled to be given by former college basketball and NBA player Thurl Bailey.
The FlexSimposium will take place at the Park City Marriott in Park City, Utah, USA. It is open to all current and former FlexSim users, as well as individuals who are interested in simulation modeling. Attendees will be able to network with simulation practitioners from around the world, learn about exciting simulation projects from top companies, and view the latest features and future products from FlexSim.
The final three days of the FlexSimposium will include a full schedule of training programs covering various topics in both FlexSim and FlexSim HC, taught by FlexSim’s own developers and engineers.
The special guest speaker for the conference will be Thurl Bailey, best known as the star of the 1983 NCAA Champion North Carolina State University Wolfpack. That team made an unlikely run to the championship game and upset a Houston Cougars squad that was led by multiple future Hall of Fame players. Thurl was drafted by the Utah Jazz and spent 12 years playing in the NBA. He is currently a broadcast analyst for the Utah Jazz, a singer/songwriter, and a noted community leader.
