For ongoing support tickets, simply reply to the emailed response you receive from Flexsim technical support.
You can attach models, screenshots, or other files for support to examine. The files you send must be compressed into a single .zip file, with a maximum size of 12 MB.
If your zip file contains .exe files, your submission will be blocked by our email's filtering system, despite this web form reporting successful delivery.
Technical support is usually available from 8 am to 5 pm, Mon-Fri (MDT, GMT-06:00). Flexsim is closed on most major holidays.
