Hi,
if you have Excelexports which export to Worksheets with a lot of calculation and a lot of Diagramms you can speed up your Excelexport by switching of the Screenupdate and the Calculation in Excel. You can do this by the VBA in Excel. Open your Excel template and press ALT+F11. Choose your Workbook and Open in then two dropdownboxes above the code window (see picture attached) and add the following code. Private Sub Workbook_Open() Application.ScreenUpdating = False Application.Calculation = xlCalculationManual End Sub This will turn off the Screenupdating and the Calculation. This will only speed up the export if Excel has to calculate or draw diagramms during your Export from Flexsim. Attched is a sample Excel file with the VBA Code.
