Designated SV in HC

Can someone tell me how do I set designated sv() in HC? It looks like it is missing.

It's removed on purpose. Why do you need it? It's not necessary for the AVI Maker because the AVI Maker is always pointing to the main view window.

It is written in the user manual that we need to designate the sv and also find problem in recording in HC without that. I used script to designate the view, then recording took place.

We'll need to update that portion of the help. Unfortunately, Flexsim HC borrowed several parts of the help documentation from standard Flexsim, and some things still need to be updated correctly.

Were you recording the main view of the application or some other view you opened somehow on your own? If you were trying to record the main view, then I don't think your success was tied to setting the view as "sv" because the AVI Maker default functionality in Flexsim HC is to record the main view which it references with a node path rather than with "sv". We might need to do a GoToMeeting in order to resolve what is going on. On the other hand, if you have had success, then I suppose you are content with doing whatever you're doing
