How do I study the "time per container move" of a quay crane with known speeds when the "Hatch Profiles" module does not have input of location (co-ordinates) for each container?

Right now there isn't a way to specify different move speeds based on the area of the hatch that the crane is working on, so you would have to just make the crane's time per move distribution encapsulate all moves for the entire hatch, both deep in the hatch and on top of the hatch. In our next release, which we plan to release within the next 2-3 months, we will add a column to the hatch profile where you can specify a "tag" for each hatch row, and then specify a specific time per move for each tag type, or something to that effect, so that you can give higher crane throughput for when the crane is working on the top of the hatch and lower throughput when it is working deep in the hatch.
