Helpful editor for ModelLibraries

Here is a convenient GUI that eases editing:
- user commands
- fsmacros
- global variables
even if they are located in a ModelLibrary. Simply select which "Library" (Tools or available ModelLibraries)...

Here is a new version of the WiseLibEditor:
- some minor bugs were fixed
- tab for managing GUIs (add a new GUI, launch the guitool, create an instance of a GUI)
- tab for managing scripts (yeah, no more multiple temporary script consoles!!!)
- tab for managing custom (not Global) tables.
