Add all open tabbed Trigger editor in V5

An idea for an improvement in V5 might be that the trigger editor would open a tabbed editor with all of the triggers represented and opened on separate tabs.

This would save time jumping between the various triggers for an object.

Just one more though...

We've already implemented this feature for V5. Although the code editor won't open up all of the triggers of the object at once, all code triggers/pick list fields' code will default to open as tabs in a single code edit window. There will also be an apply button instead of just an ok button, so that you can keep code windows open instead of having to close them each time you change the code.
